Excellent breakfasts and restaurant staff. The bathroom in the room is strange — it feels like the shower and toilet are in your bedroom, and there is no ventilation. The reception staff are awful and stubborn, with a biased attitude toward guests based on nationality.

location is awesome and food is very testy staff really amazing and helpful they were a very quick respond special thanks to MS Maria in reception she really amazing and a wow person her smile making my day also MR Nika he is good man & MS Mariam supervisor she is amazing person by her welcoming

Breakfast was quite various, the room was clean and spacious, the facility of self laundry was quite helpful. The location quite prime and close to tourist attraction.,

Room is nice! Restaurant view is fantastic. The receptionist Nerse is good because when we did our check out he is the only one ask, "How's our stay" and also luca is very helpful for us. Those staff has to be given an appreciation. Thank you Hilton!

Breakfast was nice always fresh and yummy staff were very friendly really appreciate there smiling and helpful Reception Maria she is awesome and has amazing smile and helpful she making my day Mr. Nika (Carrier bags) special thanks he is very kind person and helps me he was awesome ms. Mariami Chachanidze is a great mean for customer experience she was help me always and has a nice smile with all welcoming appreciate you dear. ms. Sophie thanks to you- reception. Ania & Nina & Mariam also nice Gym there and restaurant is excellent

The breakfast and service were very good, I had tasty oats most mornings, and I was happy it was on the menu.

Room has a nice sofa bed which can be used as an extra bed by a family. The room was sufficiently spacious and had a good river view.

The hotel location is very excellent, far from the noise. I would also like to thank all the staff who have a high spirit of hospitality, especially the receptionist Mr. Lasha the breakfast, it is very delicious and varied. Note: Should be there is a Coffee corner to welcome our guests

Clean rooms with great views. Food and coffee is good too. Wish they had some sort of partition between the washroom and the beds. The shower head in one of our rooms was broken and immediately fixed when we informed the staff. Location is about 10-15mins drive away from the centre of the city but taxis are easily available. Overall a great stay
